In today’s world you want to get the best return on investment of your time and money that you can. Don’t waste time and petrol driving to a guitar teacher’s house when they can visit you wherever you live through live, two-way video lessons! You can sit in your favourite spot and use any of your equipment to get the most out of every lesson.
What You Need
- a PC, laptop, tablet or hand-held computer;
- a webcam and microphone;
- a steady Internet connection;
Skype is a free program/app that allows real-time video conversations between at least two users. If you are a first-time Skype user, set up your account and e-mail the account name to me in order that I can find you.
We can use FaceTime for lessons, as Apple includes it with every computer that it sells and it is free to use in the same manner as Skype.
Individual lessons cost £20 or the equivalent in your currency. Lessons can be purchased in blocks of four for £60 (one lesson free!). Payment is in advance through a direct bank transfer if you are in the UK or PayPal if you are based outside of the UK.
Once purchased, timings of your lessons are flexible. They do not have to be at a set time each week! You can leave two or more weeks between each lesson, if you wish. If you want to reschedule an upcoming lesson then please let me know by e-mail at least 24 hours in advance (GMT). Lesson credits can be used at any time; there are no refunds.
Lessons make a great gift! Why not buy some for a family member or a friend who wants to enjoy learning and improving their guitar playing?
